3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and other product details displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

Minor variations in color, printing, stitching, measurements, or appearance may occur and will not necessarily be considered a manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, prices, designs, and product information at any time without prior notice.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, email address, billing information, and shipping address.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, unavailable products, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

An order is considered accepted once it has been successfully processed and confirmed by hvtostudios.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order.

After the 12-hour cancellation period has passed, cancellation requests may not be accepted because the order may have already entered processing or production.

Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by hvtostudios.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

hvtostudios does not generally accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please carefully review the product description, size chart, product details, and order information before completing your purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Change of mind
Personal preference
Color preference
Incorrect expectations regarding fit or appearance
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For such claims, an uncut and continuous unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened is required.

The video should clearly show:

The unopened package.
The shipping label/order details.
The complete opening of the package.
The product received and the issue with it.

Claims without the required uncut unboxing video may not be accepted.

If the claim is approved, hvtostudios may provide a replacement product. The final decision regarding eligibility for replacement will be made after reviewing the evidence provided.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship orders within India only.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

hvtostudios is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and reachable phone number.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply where permitted.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and orders.

COD availability may depend on courier serviceability, order value, location, and other operational factors.

We reserve the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may result in COD availability being restricted for future orders.

9. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices, offers, discounts, and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

The applicable price will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We use third-party payment providers to process online payments. hvtostudios does not directly store your complete card or banking credentials.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

10. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers, discount codes, sales, and other offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be combined.
A discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed orders.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders involving suspected misuse, fraud, or unauthorized use of promotional offers.

All content appearing on the hvtostudios website and associated channels, including but not limited to:

HVTO Studios name and branding
Logos
Product designs
Graphics
Photographs
Videos
Product descriptions
Website design
Text
Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to hvtostudios unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially use our content, designs, photographs, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written permission from hvtostudios.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services including payment gateways, courier providers, Shopify, analytics providers, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, delays, or failures caused directly by third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

hvtostudios will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, technical failures, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
