HVTO – Returns, Refunds & Order Policy

At HVTO, every piece is crafted with intention and limited availability. Because of this, we maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness and quality control.

No Cancellation / No Return / No Refund

  • Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • All purchases made on HVTO are considered final sale.

Fit & Sizing

  • We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before placing your order.
  • Slight variations of up to ±0.5 inches may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.

Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)

We only consider requests under the following conditions:

1. Payment Issues

  • If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, contact us within 3 days of order delivery.

2. Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

  • If you receive a defective, wrong, or incomplete order:
    • You must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video as proof.
    • Requests without proper video evidence will not be accepted.
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit/refund, depending on the situation.
