Refund & Return Policy

At HVTO Studios, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We offer free replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or design).

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • There is a major manufacturing or printing defect.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue

  • An uncut unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted without an uncut unboxing video or after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or misuse

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
